DigitalAccountingSuitePlatform is owned and operated by Jerviser LLC, 6615 Grand Ave Unit #6028, Gurnee, IL 60031. All purchases made on this site are transactions with Jerviser LLC.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase on this site. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to purchase any product from DigitalAccountingSuitePlatform. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. Products & Pricing
We sell digital accounting and invoicing templates as described on each product page. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice; the price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout. The current catalog is listed below.

5. Orders & Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard only. All purchases are one-time payments — there is no subscription, auto-renewal, or recurring billing of any kind. By completing checkout, you agree to be charged the total amount shown at that time, one time only. Billing is limited to customers within the USA.
6. Statement Descriptor
Charges from DigitalAccountingSuitePlatform will appear on your card statement as digitalaccountingsuite. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Netevia.
7. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally by email, typically instantly after your payment is confirmed. There is no physical shipping. Your download links are also available in your account dashboard under My Downloads. Some products may show "Preparing — check back soon" while their files are finalized.
8. Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and how to request a refund.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to process payment and deliver your purchase.
10. Intellectual Property
All templates, worksheets, and documents sold through this site are the intellectual property of Jerviser LLC. Your purchase grants you a personal or internal business license to use, edit, and reuse the purchased files for your own invoicing, bookkeeping, and tax preparation needs. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our templates as your own product.
11. Liability
Products sold on this site are provided for general business, bookkeeping, and organizational purposes and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed accountant, tax preparer, or attorney. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jerviser LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
